My pressure cooker, this wonderful mobile oven

Ingredients:

1 pound boneless chicken breast chopped into large pieces

1 chopped onion

3 garlic cloves, chopped

125ml red wine

1 mixture chicken broth powder

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

3 tablespoons tomato concentrate 200 ml of water to tasty

Instructions:

You do not need to braise just mix all the ingredients in the pan and bring to the medium heat. As soon as you pick up the pressure, lower the heat to a minimum and leave for about 15 minutes. Turn off the fire, let the pressure come off naturally (it’s another 10 or 15 minutes). Open the pan and you’re done!… If you find that your chicken is not soft enough put some more water and go back to the pressure another 10 minutes.

I serve today with brussel sprouts and potatoes burger, tasty !!!

 

 

After Christmas pie

my plenty flavour pie

For the pie

Ingredients:

1 pack of filo pastry
3 eggs
1 chopped onion
2 full tablespoons Greek yorgute
2 cups of spelled flour
leftover of vegetables
leftover of turkey
salt and pepper
butter to spread the pie plate

 

 

 

Intructions:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, place the chopped onion, eggs, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper, mix all the ingredients well

Add the rest of the vegetables and leftover turkey, reserve,,,Grease a pie plate with butter or a little oil to put the pastry sheets

Spread the filo pastry into to the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Put the mixture in the pie plate and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown,

*Difficult for you to see in the photos the leftover from the vegetables  like the pears, carrots, potatoes, french onions, peaches that I put as the last for the top layer
