Oven-baked Oats & Granola cake base

For the coming week this simple,delicious cake base,with tea and soy milk, I use tea in this recipe just to eat in a different, healthier way. You can use in an endless way,, For example as a bar for your breakfast on the road, in jar with fruit ,during sports,a desert and more delicious things

*Use dry fruits,seeds if you like

*For those bars I use hibiscus in syrup and sprinkle some edible flowers



  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups or granola
  • 3 bananas in pieces
  • 250ml soy milk (enough to cover)
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • golden syrup

The Tea for the granola cake base

  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • Anise
  • Cloves

How to make it

  1. I make first a strong tea , enough to cover the granola, for a good thick structure
  2. Add the milk to the oatmeal and mix well with a tablespoon

3. Cut the bananas into pieces


4. Coat with coconut oil a pie dish before you start


5. With the help of a spoon put the oatmeal mixture

6. then the bananas and sprinkle chia seeds over it,

7. golden syrup and finally the granola tea mixture.

8.Sprinkle extra golden syrup and bring to the preheat 180 ° c oven for about 25 min, until well dry and golden brown


Then it is ready to use, Enjoy and make a lot beautiful creations with it!!
