Omega Salmon and Soya Meat Pizza

After a day of sport. I decided to make a pizza filled with salmon fish with lots of omega and soy meat.It’s a lite pizza,belive me! Especially if you were not thinking about eating a pizza after practicing sports. With this you will not feel guilty.
Note: The bike on the pizza, is not a toy is a pizza cutter!

Before we start with our recipe i like to tell you about the fats and the post-workout diet

It used to be believed that fats should not be consumed in post-workout diets. The reason: they are harder to digest and therefore decrease the insulin response (which helps in transporting proteins to the muscles).
But fats are extremely important and necessary for the proper functioning of the body and, in moderate amounts, help both in weight loss and muscle hypertrophy.
If your post-workout consists of a solid meal, some good fat choices are: fish, avocado, nuts, extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil

For the pizza dough

500g or strong white flour,plus extra for dusting
2 sachet (7g) fast-action dried yeast
1/2tbs caster sugar
1tbsp olive oil of 50g melted butter
300ml tepid water

For the sauce

350 fresh tomatoes (chopped)
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve
2garlic gloves (optional)
Small bunch fresh basil, oregano leaves picked,stalks reserve

For the toppings

400g smoked salmon
150g any white fish, softly baked(optional)
400g dry Soya meat ( in feel minutes in water) before use
2 medium onions(chopped)
200g mozzarella ( mini) of from a blok,cut into chunks
150g parmesan (or vegetarian alternative),freshly grated
150g Cheddar cheese(grated)
350g Cherry tomatoes
* Basil,oregano,thyme leaves for garnish or dry

How to make it

1 First, make the dough.Tip the flour into a bowl,add 300ml tepid water. Mix together and set aside
Dissolve the yeast in 2tbsp water and mix this with the salt,sugar and olive oil, through the dough.
Cover with cling film and leave somewhere warm to double in size for a few hours.
Note Leave in the fridge- the longer you leave it it the sourer it will be

2 When the dough is ready,tip it onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a ball and leave tot rest, covered with a tea towel or cling film for another hour

The tomato sauce

Tip the chopped tomatoes into a bowl with olive oil,fresh oregano,basil,thyme,garlic and a generous pinch of salt.
Then either scrunch everything with your fingers for a chunky sauce or blitz (stick blender)in low speed in the blender;If you want it smooth.

To make the Pizza

On a floured surface push and stretch the pizza dough out into a circle, roughly the same size as the frying pan.

Slip round onto a floured baking sheet and top with a quarter of the sauce, a scattering of salmon,cheese,tomatoes,basil,mozzarella and oregano leaves

Cover with water a little soy meat to idrate the soy, enough to use in the pizza. Once it has doubled in volume, the soy meat is ready to be used. Mix with the chopped onions and pasta sauce,tomatoes,cheese

Scattering of soya meat,tomatoes,mozzarella,basil,oregano leaves, little bit olive oil over everything and bake for about 25 minutes or more until the sides are puffed up and the cheese has melted.

Lift onto a board ,drizzle with olive oil if you like, then cut into edges and serve,Enjoy!
