Ice cream or Smoothie bowl.Avocado,Pineapple and Mango

This ice cream you can also use as a smoothie, freezing in a pot to make your breakfast bowl. A versatile way to start your day or the weekends. To make this ice cream I used milk powder the way I learned it at home and the reason is that the milk powder incorporates the liquids from the sweet recipes giving a creamy result.

As for example pineapple and mango are fruits that contain more liquids so I add more milk powder. You can add bananas but with caution not to modify the flavor of your ice cream.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Mango
  • 1/2 pineapple ( cut in small pieces)

For every fruit I use the same ingredients.

Note: The Protein powder and Moringa powder i use as additional ingredient by the avocado to give more protein and the freshness from the lemon in the recipe but is optional.
