Breakfast with Chili con carne,Chickpeas

 

A healthy lifestyle starts with a balanced breakfast. It has to be done as soon as possible in the early days of the day. This habit should be acquired from childhood. Those who do not have a reduction in nutrients (vitamins and minerals) in food, are more likely to have anemia, attention deficit, apathy and indisposition.

Ingredients

Preheat oven 180 ° c
Oven dish (enough for me for 6 people)

  • 1 can of chili con carne
  • 1 can or freshly cooked chickpeas
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 200g sour cream
  • parsley (chopped)
  • 1 onion
  • 5 eiren
  • Slice or ham
  • cumin powder
  • sweet chili powder
  • oil (sunflower)
  • salt and pepper
  • slices of bread

Preparation

We first fry the chickpeas with a bit of oil until they become a bit crunchy

Put a little oil in the oven dish and spread the chili con carne, the pieces of onions over, then the chickpeas and sweet corn.

Put the fresh eggs, the slices of ham over the other ingredients

Using a tablespoon, spoon out some of the sour cream and add over everything

Sprinkle the cumin powder, sweet chili powder, chopped parsley and bake for about 30 minutes in the preheat oven 180°c

Server with slices of bread and Enjoy!
