Mussels in cream broccoli sauce

A blender creamy broccoli mussels today.Light for a summer day! I usually choose something different and sometimes the color of the sea, such as today!!! Enjoy it.

Ingredients for the mussels

1 kg of mussels
1 broccoli
4 stalks of celery
1 large onion
1 leek
3 bay leaves


Ingredients for the broccoli sauce

A few leaves of the celery
A few sprigs of dill
Broccoli in small pieces
Half fish brot about 1tbs
125 gr sour cream
250 ml of whipped cream


Celery, sprigs of dill,Broccoli in small pieces,fish stock,sour cream,whipped cream


Preparation for the mussels

Fry the onion and the celery glassy in olive oil. Add the mussels and herbs. Pour in the white wine and the lemon juice. Leave covered cooking on high heat until the mussels open. Shake regularly.


Preparation for the sauce


– Put all the ingredients for the broccoli sauce in the blender and mix into a cream. Next, pour the sauce in a pan with a little bit of the cooking liquid of the mussels and let the sauce cook for about 10 minutes.

A few leaves of the celery, few sprigs of dill,Broccoli in small pieces,1 tls of fish,broth,dry,125 gr sour cream and 250 ml of whipped cream

– Put the sauce on board and carefully spoon the mussels through the sauce and warm up,  serve immediately ,,,Enjoy it!
