Pineapple,Papaya Fitness ice cream

On a sunny day and not forgetting of course the diet this summer, light foods, salads, fruits, water and why not our ice cream too! All natural ingredients. Remember that you add the Sugar the way you like,your taste, like the milk cream. I made in half an hour and stayed in the freezer for about 4 hours before serving. Well let’s start with this summer delicious recipe,

Ingredients for the pineapple ice cream

1 pineapple, cut in 2 parts, with the pulp removed and diced
4 tablespoons of powdered milk, for each ice cream
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 cup milk cream
1/2 cup yoghurt

 

Ingredients for the papaya ice cream

1 papaya cut into cubes
4 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup milk cream
1/2 cup yoghurt

 

Ingredients for decoration

half the pineapple and a slice of pineapple
grated coconut
mint

Preparation instructions

 

– For each ice cream, mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a cream and take to the freezer.

– Decorate the pineapple using coconut grated on the edges of the fruit before the ice cream balls

– Use a scoop of ice cream to make the ice cream balls and for the pineapple, garnish finally with mint and serve immediately, Enjoy!!!
