Well with the artichoke season again is the time to taste this beautiful flower again with a special flavor that gives many cooking possibilities for every moment. In the supermarket i saw a large Turkish bread, big enough for a pie.In this case, I use my fingers to make some holes that makes easy for the other ingrediends.With thyme, garlic, parsley and Mediterranean herbs. You can just eat with your favorite sauce of with some meat,salade. Easy and very nice for your family,friends in the weekends.Enjoy!
Preheated oven 180c
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 artichokes and 1 lemon
5 oz cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 large eggs
2 3/4 cups of milk
100ml milk cream
1 turkish bread
1 soft cheese wheel
150 gr of parmesan cheese
little dried Mediterranean herbs

We put lemon slices in water and let for about 20 minutes. Remove the artichokes from the pan and set a side.
Through the bottom of the artichoke remove the heart and then the hairs from the heart and Cut into pieces the hearts we will use the hearts for the sauce mixture
Cut or take out a piece of bread with your fingers enough to put the artichoke in.
Put the artichoke in the middle of the bread and fill with the cheese wheel; add olive oil, salt and pepper over the soft cheese
In the bread do the chopped mushrooms and the cherry tomatoes

Add the bread,chopped artichoke hearts,milk, the eggs, chopped onion,parmesan cheese,milk cream,parsley,thyme,a bit from a dry mediteranean seasoning,olive oil,stirring to combine.
Transfer mixture over the bread in a pie dish. Top with olive oil
Bake for 25 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately.
