Salmon full of vitamin D
For the winter days when the daylight hours are shorter and the presence of sunlight natural source of vitamin D is less, we need to look at other sources where you take in your daily diet,
Vitamin D can be gained by eating foods rich in this vitamin. We all know that a balanced diet rich in healthy foods only brings benefits, so in order to maintain a good quality of life you must implement foods rich in Vitamin D in your diet.
Vitamin D3 is not found in fruits and the main foods that concentrate expressive amounts of this vitamins are of animal origin such as milk, bovine liver, fish, egg, cod liver oil, oysters and other mulus, mushrooms.
So I chose salmon for my recipe and that is the result from my idea today as you see up above!
350 gr of smoked salmon
2 leek cut
3 garlic finely chopped
3 sprigs of dill finely chopped
2 sprigs of spring onions
ham (small and finely cut)
1 cup of milk
little bit of coconut oil (to bake and grease the baking dish)
1 cup buckwheat flour
A roll of crumble dough (from the store)
In a heat pan do the coconut oil, then we start with the garlic, onions, leeks, spring onions, green beans, pieces. Once we have baked well, we stop for the next step.
In another bowl make a mixture with the beaten eggs with the milk, buckwheat flour, a bit of chopped ham and the fried vegetables. Stir well to a mass!
Next, In a greased oven dish, Fill the cake base with the filling.
When you are satisfied with the dough, Pour the batter over the pie base and bring to the oven 180 ° c for about 45 minutes or until brown. for the decoration I did a few bundles of green beans above the pie
Important: always place the filled cake base directly in a preheated oven baking dish
