Even putting everything in this pan, no matter what, meat, vegetables, soups, rice, pastries, bread, cakes. Everything very fast, not to waste time in the kitchen! especially when at home we were with 7 people, mother, father and five children and now I see myself do the same as my mother and aunts always using this incredible pot. 1 pound boneless chicken breast chopped into large pieces
1 chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, chopped
125ml red wine
1 mixture chicken broth powder
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
3 tablespoons tomato concentrate 200 ml of water to tasty
You do not need to braise just mix all the ingredients in the pan and bring to the medium heat. As soon as you pick up the pressure, lower the heat to a minimum and leave for about 15 minutes. Turn off the fire, let the pressure come off naturally (it’s another 10 or 15 minutes). Open the pan and you’re done!… If you find that your chicken is not soft enough put some more water and go back to the pressure another 10 minutes.
I serve today with brussel sprouts and potatoes burger, tasty !!!
