After christmas pie

Leftovers are delicious especially during or after special days
Leftovers from me turkey casserole with peach, pears, chestnuts to make a new meal as a pie

my plenty flavour pie

For the pie


1 pack of filo pastry
3 eggs
1 chopped onion
2 full tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 cups of spelled flour
leftover of vegetables
leftover of turkey
salt and pepper
butter to spread the pie plate


Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, place the chopped onion, eggs, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper, mix all the ingredients well

Add the rest of the vegetables and leftover turkey, reserve,,,Grease a pie plate with butter or a little oil to put the pastry sheets

Spread the filo pastry into to the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Put the mixture in the pie plate and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown,

*Add some pears, carrots, potatoes, french onions, peaches that I put as the last for the top layer
